Wasserwerk

Wasserwerk is both a space and a program that offers a space for people to come together, share experiences, and create art and culture. It is a place where community is celebrated, and people can meet on equal footing. In 2021, six partners and projects were selected by an eight-member jury to perform at Wasserwerk under the theme "Social Imaginations – What kind of city do we want to live in?". These projects include a traveling garden, play, circus and movement, Raqs Sharki & Raqs Baladi, rap and culinary narratives, and a video clip competition. Women, children, youth, and senior citizens and everyone living in the Wassertorkiez is invited to participate in these projects. Although the partnership is currently on hold, interested parties can still reach out to the partners in Kreuzberg with inquiries and project ideas at any time.
