Wasserwerk is a fluid space and programme at the same time: to share, to be, to come together. It’s a place where people can experience and make art and culture, a place to meet at eye level and to celebrate community and diversity. For 2021, an 8-member jury has selected six partners and projects that will perform at the Wasserwerk. Under the theme “Social Imaginations – What kind of city do we want to live in?” many projects will be created including a traveling garden. Play, circus and movement, Raqs Sharki & Raqs Baladi, rap and culinary narratives as well as a video clip competition invite the participants to experience and appropriate the neighborhood. For women, children, youth, senior citizens and the whole Wassertorkiez.
