The O-Platz Familienfest, is organized by Jannick Philip, Salah Belek Bechir, and Daphne Brunet, in coordination with Berlin Mondiale, is a direct outcome of a meeting held on June 7th, 2023. This initial gathering served as a catalyst to bring together organizations, initiatives, and individuals to collaboratively explore the integration of topics such as migration, intersectional discrimination, intercultural family life, and their associated challenges into a festive and meaningful framework.
On July 29, together with the guests, the organisers aspire to develop a vision for a family festival in the summer of 2024 at the O-Platz.
